Animal feed pellet production line is made up of below several sections:

1. Receive and clean up raw materials section.

We use  independent dust collecting system for the raw materials inlet, and ensure the working environment

clean.

2. Crushing section.

Some kinds of raw materials should be grinded to small pieces. We use hammer machine to grind raw materials

into small particles. 

3. Mixing section.

We use mixing machine to mix the grinding raw materials to even particles.

4. Pelletizing and cooling section.

We use pellet machine to make feed pellet. It is equipped with feeder, conditioner and pellet mill.

The feedercan control the feeding amount. Conditioner can adjust moisture and temperature of the feeds,

to make pelleting easily.

5. Crumbling section.

This section is optional. When required pellet is small, we can use crumbler to grind, such as chick feeds.

6. Sieving section.

We use rotary screener to sieve the pellets. It has three layers sieves.

7. Packing section.

Independent packaging system, high precision.
