In this range, compared with water-ring vacuum pump pumping speed, ZBK series roots vacuum pump has advantages of  high efficiency, compact structure, small volume, convenient maintenance, long service life, low power consumption. Suction medium for dry, wet air or water mixture, but to be contained in the medium granular material, high dust gas or corrosive substances.

Structure:

Machine this department by motor through the triangle pulley drive active rotor rotation, and through the synchronous gear drive driven gear drive driven rotor rotation, the two rotor mutual contact, and keep the 0.4 mm or so clearance quantity. Rotor and pump body and plate respectively between keep 0.25 mm or so clearance quantity. In the process of operation, in the pump cavity lower, because the two rotor continuous separation, cause volume expansion, on the top because of two rotor continuous tap into cause volume contraction, thus completing suction, exhaust gas, and the effect of the suction side vacuumize, and exhaust side and atmospheric conduction, close to the atmosphere. Pump body export has a sound attenuation box, and at the same time a stable pressure, sealing action to improve the pump efficiency.
