Production Description

Work Principle

Reduced iron (DRI) is fine iron powder formed by lowtemperature reduction in the furnace,It is low carbon porous material.Its’ chemical composition stability and impurity content low.It mainly used in EAF steelmaking raw materials, is a necessary raw material for smelting of high quality steel and special steel, also can be used as a coolant for BOF steelmaking.But the sponge iron is low carbon porous material, the density is too low, can not directly use, must be pressed by high pressure.Shanghai Yuke high density sponge iron press block machine is your best selection.
