We handle careful and economic way for ocean shipping, like paper box,pallet,or carton. Package size and container loading quantity are calculated by engineers based on products size in order to work out a best solution. Every piece is fixed by protective foam,plastic tape,batten etc. to protect products from shipping damage.

Q:Do you make customized products based on our design drawings or ideas?

A:Yes, we are a professional metal fabrication factory with an experienced engineering team to make custom products according to clients’drawings and ideas.

Q: What is the MOQ?

A: Usually we don’t set MOQ, but the more, the cheaper. Besides, we are happy to make prototype or sample for clients to ensure quality standard.

Q: Do you handle powder coating yourself?

A: Yes, we are a professional sheet metal fabrication factory providing full set of manufacturing service including laser cutting, NCT punching, bending, welding(TIG, CO2 arc welding), grinding, belt polishing, powder coating&paint coating, silkscreen.

Q: Could you help us with warehousing?

A: Sure, we have plenty of space in factory and we are glad to make full use of it by warehousing products for clients even for one year.

1. Photos on our website is taken from OEM products with NDA. All specifications can not be disclosured. Order confirmation depend on sample confirmation.

2. Prices we offered is based on factory direct cost, Shipping cost & custom cost are calculated seperately.

3. Normal lead time is 25-35 days depend on quantity & product complexity.While in hot shipping season , order will be probably a little bit delayed. Pls keep informed before order confirmation.

4. Deposit payment is 50% of order amount by wire transfer, shipping effected against balance. Once production commence, deposit payment shall not be returned.

5.Shipping freight charge is based on goods volume, weight & destination port, as well as Custom cost( different countries may have different V.A.T)

To secure the goods during shipping, client can add 0.7% shipping insurance before our delievry.

Client may arrange sea freight by themself or calculate shipping with other goods ordered from China ,then we would be responsible loading on container from our side only.
