Working principle:

This filling machine is hose self-suction type filling,put hose in the storage drum,materials go through self suction pipe,three-gates down check valve in measuring cylinder with the help of cylinder pulling piston rod,then air cylinder push piston 

and pull out the materials,materials enter container through three-gate up check valve,hose and filling head,use magnetic control switch to control the cylinder trip and decide the filling quantity.
