Engine Features                                                                     

1.Cast iron crankshaft made in one single piece,  top-quality alloy cast iron cylinder head,  engine is smaller size,  lighter in weight and featured with less vibration,  lower noise and higher reliability as well.

Generator Features                                                                    

1.Strong ability ofstarting asynchronous motor.  The ability of starting asynchronous motor is two times of national standard, with super ability ofdirectly starting asynchrounous motor.

2. Excellent steady voltage.  Short recovery time oftransient voltage, Voltage recovery time is less than 1 s when suddenly add and decrease load(International standard is 1.5s).

3. Standard sinusoidal waveform.  The voltage waveform sine distortion rate is less than 1 .0%(international standard is less than 5%).  Standard sinusoidal waveform,  continuous and smooth without burr,  ranks international leading level.

4.Electromagnetic compatibility.  Brushless excitation and high quality AVR ensure very little radio interference.  I f needed,  we can provide the radio interference suppressor.

Control system

1) Frequency at 50Hz: Available in 400/230Volts, 415/240Volts, 380/220Volts, 220/127Volts, and 200/115Volts.  

2) Frequency at 60Hz: Available in 480/227Volts, 440/254Volts, 220/117Volts, and 208/120Volts. 

  Factory internal Testing:  All generator sets has got strictly  testing before delivery, including 50% load, 75% load, 100%    load , 110% load and all protection function (overspeed stop, high water temperature, low oil pressure, battery charging fail, emergency stop)

Quality Control:

Two year or 2400 hours (according to whichever reach first)  gurantee from ex-factory date. During the guarantee period, our GB Power will provide the free easy-damaged spare parts for problems caused by our quality of production , except the damage caused by customer's incorrect manmade operation. After expiration, our company will provides cost spare parts maintenance for gen-set.
