FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION

This simple bean process line consists of three parts: Firstly, the equipment cleaning beans, removing dust, leaves, twigs, and other large or small impurities, in the beans. Secondly, the equipment for removing bad beans, moldy beans, insect bitten beans, etc. Adaptable raw materials are: soybean, kidney beans, mung bean, black bean and so on. The end products are polished grading raw bean. The line, with simple operation, excellent equipment, high specific usage, logical arrangement, low energy cost, high yield rate, low rate of product damage, high quality product, etc, is accepted by most bean producers.

LCL (less container load) goods packing: Machine has well packed by white plastic film. Which is stable, compact and comfratable living in the strong plywood case.

FCL package show 

FCL (full container load) goods packing: Machinery has been well coated by white plastic film, fixed in the container by blet fasteners, strong irowire and steel wedge.These fasten measure ensure your goods safety in shipping.
