This is the mung bean cleaning plant in Hunan Province, China. It is used for mung bean processing. Main processing procedure include : air cleaning, stones removing, gravity separating, polishing, bag packing.

1.The entire line is very reasonable in technological flow, multi-functional, greatly flexible, fitting kinds of seed processing according to different needs.

2.The seed cleaning plant has a compact construction, performing safely, and with high stability, having wide applicability, being easy to operate, having succinct and good-looking appearance, with low construction costs and high automaticity. 

3.The whole conveying system is connected flexibly, without mutual interference and keeping flowing. And the breakage ratio of processed seeds is very low. 

4. Air pipes and seed pipes were all spray-painted externally, and internally fixed with plastic planking pipes. The aspirator system has good airproof performance and great durability. 

5.  Aspirator system in this line was three-dimensionally configured, with small dimension occupation , short air pipeline, little pipeline loss, low energy consumption, succinct and good-looking appearance. 
 6. The control system can automatically identify and carry out different processing technology flows, automatically alarming when malfunction occurs. In this line, the automation control for the equipments' turn-on or turn-off and seed conveying behaves a leading level in domestic congener seed processing flow lines.
