 ♥How to Operate chicken plucking machine : 

•   Inspect the machine when you open it first .sometimes the screws will loose after long time shipping on the way .you have to re-reinforced it .then , use hand to twist the chassis to see if flexible ,if not ,pls adjust the  rotation of the belt .
• After you put the machine in the right position,install a knife switch or pull switch at the edge of the machine.
•  When you kill the chicken and ducks ,try to killed as smaller incision ,then put the slaughtered poultry in warm water (30°C) dip for 2 minitus.let the poultry feather all in the water,you'd better put some sault in warm water to avoid skin from damaged when move feather .
• Take out the dip poutrys into the hot water (75 °C ) ,make sure the whole chickens are in hot water for 3 minitus.
• Put the chickens into the machine ,each time can be 1-5 pcs.
• At last step .turn on the machine ,you'd better add warm water on the chickens when it working ,wash the feather .
