Production Section of Feed Pellet Production Line

1, First Section---Raw Material Receiving and Crushing

The equipments of this section are belt conveyor,crusher, fan,discharger,airlock and the,pulse dust collector.

2. Second Section---Batching & Mixing Section 

The equipments of this section are batching system and mixer.

 3. Third Section---Pelletizing & Cooling Section 

The equipment of this section is permanent magnetic tube, bin for pellet mill, pellet mill,belt conveyor, cooler.

4. Fourth Section---Packing Section

After cooling, feed pellet would be packed into bags in order to avoid affected with damp. Packed pellet would 

be transferred by truck and sold.
