Working principle

The model adopts the new type vertical motor which can make the movement into 3-D movements: horizontal, vertical and incline movement, then pass the movements to the screen surface, finally achieve the particles distribution analysis.

How do after-sale services work if the product got damaged?

In the guarantee time 12 months, our general after-sale service is changing the damaged parts for the customer, but if the damage could be repaired by slight cost, we would wait for the customer's bill for the fix cost and refund this part of cost.(note: Wearing parts do not include.)

Please note

A. Turn off power supply when the machine is not in use for an extended period of time.
B. The screen after operation, so they will be ready for use next time.
C. Do not splash water on the machine to avoid current leakage.
D. Turn the machine off immediately in the event of unusual noises and inspect for blockage or other irregularities.
E. Always ensure the black knobs are securely tightened before operation.
