Overview

The commonly used conveying equipment is belt conveyor, which has the advantages of big conveying amount, simple structure, convenient maintenance and standard spare parts.

Application

It has been widely used in many industrial departments such as mine, metallurgy and coal for transporting bulk materials and piece articles. According to the conveying requirement, one belt conveyor can convey materials independently or several belt conveyors form or with other conveying machines form a horizontal or tilted conveying system.

Basic Structure

The belt conveyor is mainly composed of rack, conveying belt, belt roller, tension device and driving device. The rack is connected with excellent steel plate, and there are belt roller and carrier roller for driving and supporting the conveying belt, and there are two driving methods: reduction motor drive and motorized pulley drive.

Working Conditions

1.Used range: Rubber belt conveyor used in coal, mine, metallurgy,power plant, harbon, cement, chemical industry.

2.Belt width: 0.8m/s, 1.0m/s, 1.25m/s, 1.6m/s, 2.0m/s, 2.5m/s, .15m/s, 4.0m/s,5.0m/s.

3.Advantages: Large volume capability, cheap, convenient to maintain.

4.Used environment temperature: From -25°c to 40°c.
