5.l. soaking process

Using hot water adding some caustic soda to soak the sesame. Reducer drives the mixer to rotate, materials turn over up and down, making the mixing between sesame and soaking vial uniform and ample because of structure features of combined mixer.

5.2.Peeling process

Using the mutual friction between mixer and seame, sesame and sesame makes peel separate the kernel to reach the purpose of sesame peeling. 5.3. Separating peel and kernel process

Using the blocking function of separator makes sesame peel discharge from separator,but kernels are blocked and reach the purpose of separating peel and kernel.
