This series liquid filling machine is used in filling liquid and viscous liquid such as food,oil, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, washing industry, medicine, pesticide, chemical industry,not suitable for quantitative filling the drink containing gas and granules.

Working principle:

This filling machine is hose self-suction type filling,put hose in the storage drum,materials go through self-suction pipe,three-gates down check valve in measuring cylinder with the help of cylinder pulling piston rod,then air cylinder push piston and pull out the materials,materials enter container through three-gate up check valve,hose and filling head,use magnetic control switch to control the cylinder trip and decide the filling quantity.
