Bi-Metal Self-Lubricating Bushing Briefing:

Dry Bushing is composed of high quality low carbon steel and bronze with
the characters of wear high speed, high load capacity, very compact dimensions, low wear.
It is most suitable for petrol engines, diesel engines, civil engineering equipment, Lift,air-
conditioning and gear boxes, speed boxes, industrial vehicles, steel plate springs, joints etc.
The dimensions of the bushing both in metric and imperial series are in accordance with
DIN1494/ISO3547 Standard sizes.

SJ-2 BIMETAL BUSHING

It's made of high quality low-carbon steel plate, sintered porous bronze as its interlayer and the compound of PTFE material and Pb as its surface. It can offer the properties of good self-lubricating anti-abrasion, low-friction, fully develop the advantages of metal and multi-element polymer. It's used in steel metallurgical industry, such as those used in roller grooves of successive casting machines, cement grout pump and spiral conveyers for cement etc.

SJ-3 BIMETAL BUSHING

made by high quality low-carbon steel strip, rolled and sintered many times with tin-lead-bronze alloy on surface. It is with very high fatigue-resistance, load capacity, excellent surface property. It is mainly used in main shaft and con rod shaft of internal combustion engine.

SJ-4 BIMETAL BUSHING

It consists of a specially designed surface layer of PTFE formulations and is specifically applied for the high PV value of gear pump bearing. It can work on the condition of semi-dry. It's used in medium, high-pressure gear pump, ram pump, vane pumps etc.
