The HL bucket elevator is with simple construction and stable operation. It is equipped with combined chain wheel, which is with long service life and easy to be changed. Meanwhile, hopper has certain yield ability when jamming, which can protect the parts like lower axis effectively.

HL bucket elevator is applied to convey powder, particles and lumps, such as food, coal, cement, crushed ores, and so on. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, coal, hydropower and other industries. Temperature of materials can not be over 250°C.

HL bucket elevator — Product principle

Materials are spooned up by hopper from the under storage and elevated to the top along with conveyor or chain, then turn downward after moving around the top wheel, and finally enter into receiving tank. Conveyor is made of rubber belt, and assembled on the drive drums and turnabout drums. Two paralleled driving chains are equipped, and there is a pair of driving chain wheels and redirection chain wheels above or below.
