This technique first melt the urea with a melting tank and then spray the melted liquid into the granulating machine so that it will mix with powder phosphate fertilizer, potash fertilizer and other nitrogen fertilizer. With the help of fertilizer conditioner, the mixture was granulated. 

II.Application of the Automatic Re-spray Granulation Compound Fertilizer Production Line

This production line is used to produce compound fertilizer or complex fertilizer with high nitrogen content from 25%-45%.

1.Because the moisture of the material is only around 3% , the drying efficiency was increased by 30%-50%. Thus the output was increased and the energy-consumption was lowered.

2.The quality of fertilizer was increased. The granules are round, smooth, with high compressive strength and low moisture. The anti-caking capacity was increased.

The service we can supply ranges from designing, equipments, technical support, process solutions , commissioning and installation of the whole production line. 

We can supply the whole production line from 5000 tons/year to 200,000 tons/year. We can also upgrade the old production line.
