Biomass briquette screw press machine  can be used in producing high quality wood charcoal stick with sawdust, wood chipes, branches, crop stalks, sugarcane residue, coffee husk, paddy straw, sunflower stalk, cotton stalks, bamboo dust, palm husk, soybeans husk, tea waste, etc.  

It's equipped with automatic temperature control system and designed to produce high density wood briquette from biomass. The product of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace, etc for warm in house.

The process for producing charcoal briquettes :

1. Crush the raw material into small pieces ( 3mm-5mm)

2. control the moisture content of material  to make it not higher than 12%( use the dryer of airdry it) 

3. Use briquette machine to make briquettes

4. Use carbonizing furnace to Carbonize the briquette sticks ( if you want the products are charcoal briquettes) 

Raw materials:

Any types of Agro-forestry waste and forest wastecan be used for make briquettes Such as maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcornstalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboosawdust, wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk, coir pith, jute sticks, groundnutshells, Bamboo, wood, straw dust, Mustard stalk and cotton stalks ,nutshell,coconut shell ,etc.
