This machine is used to dismantle circuit boards into two parts:mother boards and electronic components. The roller part can be heated up to 400 degree by natural gas heating. With the running of engine,tin will be melt. Mother boards and electronic components will be separated by the friction. At the same time,harmful gas released from cavity will go into the 3-grade air cleaning system. This machine is including 3-grade air cleaning system to clean air via activated carbon adsorption,dust collection and water spraying adsorption,which is environment-friendly.It is easy to operate,save labor and not harmful for workers.

Introduction:

This machine is used to recycle circuit board and dismantle electric component and mother board. The internal temperature can be heated up to 400℃by gas heating,only in 10 minutes. The tin on circuit board will be melted, and the electronic components will be dropped from the circuit board with the running of the main engine. Three steps of exhaust gas processing system: dust collection,activated carbon adsorption and spray adsorption. The final mother board and electric components can be recycled to get copper and other metal. This machine has the advantages of automation, high processing efficiency, low cost, small occupying area, simple operation, and no dust pollution etc.
