Firstly, the cable will be taken to cutter type crusher by the belt conveyor and will be crushed to copper rice and plastic granule into 2-5mm. The powder are taken to the airflow vibrating separator by air conveyor. Because of gravity, the copper and plastic are separated completely. Copper recovery rate can surpass 99%.  In whole process, the pulse dust collector works which can ensure no dust pollution.
