1.Product description of round honeycomb briquette machinere

Lantian series punch briquette machine includes honeycomb coal machine manufacture(mechanical punch briquette machine) and hydraulic punch briquette machine. 

Auxiliary machines include carbonizing part, crushing part, mixing part and drying part. 

Before this honeycomb coal machine mainly used in small coal plant to produce honeycomb coal for countryside cooking and heating, it features a single. 

Recently years, with the development of barbecue food and technique innovation, different shapes can be satisfied, so it becomes multifunctional, finished briquettes can be used as bbq charcoal, cooking, heating, fuel, boiler, etc.

Also the raw materials are diversified, coal powder, charcoal powder, carbon, carbon black powder, gypsum powder, sawdust,etc.

This charcoal and coal briquette machine is our most professional machine, because we manufactured it when our factory found in 1980s, until now it has 30 years history. 

Because we can customize molds shape and size depending on customers demand, so different briquettes can be satisfied. For example, honeycomb shape, hexagonal shape, cylinder shape,  quadrilateral shape, etc.

3.The classification of round honeycomb briquette machine

(1)Take 140 for example, 140A and 140B, 140A is a semi-closed briquette machine, 140B is a total-closed briquette machine, but same funtion, max diameter of the briquettes that the machine can produce is 140mm. Changed moulds, the shapes and sizes can be different. Usually the height is not exceed 90mm, it can be 50mm, 60mm, 70mm, 80mm, 90mm, etc.

If for round and square shape, the diameter can be between 120-300 mm, with some holes inside;

If for rod/cylinder shape, popular diameter is 40mm,45mm,50mm, the shape can be  quadrangular shape, cylinder shape, six prism shape,etc. 

(2) Besides, we still have 160, 220, 260 and 300 for customers choosing. 

140 type and 160 type

140 can make diameter less than 140 mm any shape, it can press 45-50 time per minutes. 

220 type and 260 type

260 type is an energy-saving machine, just need 11 kw motor, so many customers choose this type. 

4. Raw material requirement of round honeycomb briquette machine

(1) raw material: different kinds powder materials.

(2) raw material diameter: less than 3mm.

(3) raw material moisture: 8%-15%

(4) binder formula: we have 6 kinds binder formular, we will add liquid or dry powder according to your raw material.

(5) other technique: we also can offer water-proof formula and instant ignite(combustion-supporting) to our customers for free.

6. Moulds of round honeycomb briquette machine

Lantian series molds are multifarious(below are some of them), also can be customized according to your demands. Besides, molds can be changed easily. Changed into different molds, you can get different products.

As the picture show, every machine has two punching needles, which can press twice, so the finished briquettes have higher density. Also another function of the second punching needle is adding combusion improver just on the surface. With combusion improver, the charcoal or coal briquettes can be instant ignited. 

7. Customer testing machine in our factory

When customers arrive our factory, we will test machine for them face to face, so that they can know well our product quality clearly.

For some customers, if it's not convenient to visit our factory, we will send some samples to they, if they are interested in.

Surely, the best way is coming here check product quality by yourself, usually we believe what I see.

"Lantian" special formula: 

(1) Special binder formula: 30 years development and numerous tests, we have got 6 kinds special binder formula, 100% natural, smokeless and smelless. We offer this formula to our customers for free. 

(2) Combustion improver formula: add this formula on the charcoal briquette surface, the charcoal briquettes can be ignited instantly, also length the burning time to 3 hours( ordinary just 1-1.5 hours). 

(3) Water-proof technique: our factory has special water-proof technique, to prevent the charcoal briquettes become wet, even put in the water, not moisture in it. 

(4) In later period: we dispatch erection workers install machines overseas.

8. Packaging and shipping of round honeycomb briquette machine
