The production line of briquette charcoal machine can be divided into four steps: 

• Crusher. The raw material through the mil into granular. We have model 400,600, 800, 1000 crusher machine for you choice, accroding to your requirements. 
• Dryer. Using the dryer takes away moisture. The dryer machine can be divided into airflow type and rotary type dryer.
• Extruding machine. Normally, the model ZBJ-50, 80 is very popular machine, and the capacity of single machine is 180kg-300kg. 
• Carbonization stove. Airflow type and self-ifniting type carbonization furnace can be used for match the production line. 

The requirement of Raw Materiel 

 Ø The moisture must less than <12% 

 Ø To crush raw material achieved length≤5mm size, diameter ≤3mm 

In generally, the external diameter of the product is 50-80mm, bore diameter is 15-20mm. It can make hollow four angles, six prisms, ball, particle shape, and honeycomb briquette. 

After the carbonization, the charcoal will be smokeless and no pollution. According to application of charcoal to choose whether or not carbonization. 

When charcoal used for barbecue, the carbonization stove must be adopted. If charcoal only used for heating (like stoke boilers), this step can be elided.
