Working principle of Roller ball briquette press machine 

Ball pressure machine is compost of three parts: feeding part, transmission part, and forming part. The constant feed pressure of the machine makes pellet quality stability.

• 1. Feeding part is mainly used for quantitative feeding top ensure the uniform material into rollers.
• 2.Transmission part. The principal drive system can be regarded as an electric motor-triangle strip -   reducer - exposed gear - rollers.
• 3.Forming part mainly refers to host part, its core part is rollers. Two rollers can be regarded as a core part of molding part which can be powered by the reducer to rotate synchronously and oppositely. When raw materials fall into the two rollers, the high pressure can press and mold it into required shapes.
