Raw Material :

Any type of Agro-Forestry waste can be used. But the Moisture Content Should be Less than 12%, grain size is below 5*5mm.

The entire unit includes: wood crusher, conveyor, screening machine, airflow dryer, the double helix material-separating machine, helicoidal feeder, briquette machine, flat conveyor, carbonization furnace and electrical control equipment.   

Composition of process: crushing, drying, transportation, granulation, ascension, cooling, screening and dust removal, carbonization, cooling, packaging and electronic control process

the main machines: 9FQ series wood crusher/9FQ series hammer mill/chipper, HGJ series dryer, 2 sets of pellet machine PM800

Raw materials:  Sawdust, crops straw (corn stalk, beanstalk, sorghum culm and cotton stalk, rape stalk, sunflower culm and peanuts seedling), husk, grass, shrubs, twigs, bamboo sawdust, bagasse, etc.
