9FQ series hammer mill with Cyclone

Introduction:

This hammer mill is adjusted and developed for suitable for crushing the wood pellet, tree branches (9FQ-40/50), wheat straw, etc, also for kind’s straw of grains.

It is one kind of small crush machine; the knife can cut and crush the raw material with 1mm diameter. For the commutations of wood chips, stick and straw, stalk into the pieces according to the requirement. It is suitable for grinding the grains, such as corn, wheat, and straw, etc. Also for wood, paring, etc with different hammer

The machine could be driven by the diesel engine, motor, tractor, etc.               

The kinds of machine could be matched with mounting plate for motor or diesel engine, and collector.

Main features:

1.Grind all kinds of materials of pellet feed, such as corn, sorghum, grain, legumes, broken cake pellet and others.

2.Building in rotor, grind the raw material with no dead angle, finished products would be more even.

3.In-built sealed avoid dust spill out, keep the working environment tidy and clean.

4.May carry on the ordinary grinding, also may carry on the thin grinding and the micro grinding.

1.Regarding to the spare parts, normally they would be changed per 6 months or so.

2.The minimal quantity per order: 1 set.            

3.Payment: T/T. 30% is deposit; the balance is paid after faxing the copy of B/L.

4.Delivery time: Within 15 days after receipt of the deposit.

5. Warranty time: in one year except for spare parts.
