Desulfurater and rebirth principle:
Fe2O3 . XH2O+3H2S==Fe2S3.XH2O+3H2O (desulfuration formula)
Fe2O3 . XH2O+CS2==Fe2S3.XH2O+3H2O (desulfuration formula)
Fe2O3 . XH2O+3/2O2==Fe2O3.XH2O+3S (rebirth formula)
Applications:
Iron oxide desulfurizer has been promoted rapidly in recent years because of its big sulfur capacity, low price, can be regenerated in normal air temperature regeneration etc. The most important is that the H2S can be desulfurization in anaerobic conditions; however, activated carbon does not desulfurization in the same condition.
