A:Yes,sure we can. Please send us through your artwork, drawing, sketch or cartoon and so on, we can make it for you.

Q: 3.) How do we determine the price of each custom made soft toy or plush toy?

A:This is dependent on the complexity of the artwork, drawing, sketch or cartoon provided; and the estimated time required to source fabric and materials required to make your soft toy or plush toy. Also the size is one of the factor of cost. We try our best to give our clients with competitive cost and best service to win the long term cooperation.

Q:4.) Can I have my company name or logo on my custom plush?

A: Yes. We can add your logo on your plush toys in various ways. We can make your logo on the t-shirt/belly/feet of your toy by silk screening or embroidery. All of these details will be discussed during the prototype stage.And for the wash label, you can give us the request , we can make it for you.

Q:5.)What kind of materials are used to make each soft toy or plush toy?

A: You can give us your request of the plush toy ,we can find fabric factory to customize it for you , or our experienced designers group will suggest you what kinds of different fabric and materials that are required to match your artwork, drawing, sketch or cartoon.The fabric and materials used may range from cotton, polyester, buttons, beads, fleece, velvet, wool and more. We take extreme care to use only the highest quality materials possible for each soft toy, and we have a comprehensive quality assurance process that is carried out after completion of each soft toy. Each toy is stuffed with hypoallergenic 100% polyester fiber fill.

Q:6.)Can I choose what kind of materials are used to make my soft toy or plush toy?

A: Yes,you can,Generally, clients will choose individual fabric and materials to match the colour and design of your character or object when quantity reached, as you known , if customize the material ,fabric factory will need the quantity to reach their MOQ, for this , we can discuss .

Q:7.)How long does it take to make my soft toy or plush toy and samples?

A: Normally ,for the sample , it will cost about 7days; for the bulk order, normally it will cost about 21days.For the urgent order, we can give one day to come out sample ,we have many designers with many years experience. For the bulk order, we need to source individual fabric and materials that are required to make your custom soft toy and design your soft toy based upon the artwork, drawing, sketch or cartoon provided.

If you do not have either of these, we will be glad to help you to accomplish this part of the plush product's development. You need to have an idea of quantity, quality, and price point (budget) and delivery time.

Q:10)How much is the prototype fee?

The exact charges for the design or prototype fee depend upon the complexity of your idea or your design. We will be pleased to provide you with a quotation for this after we review your idea, sample or drawings. Once you place an order with us, we will return to you according to your order quantity

Q:11)Do you get a discount if you order many designs and prototypes in one or several product lines?

A:Yes, sure,you will. It will depend on the complication and the quantity of the designs.

Q:12)What are your payment terms?

A:We require a deposit at the time of the placing of the order, with the balance paid prior to delivery. We accept wire transfers,western union and PayPal.

Q:13)Can you make hanging tags and plush tags?

A:Yes, we can make tags according to your requirements. Once you place an order with us, you can submit your tag designs to us.

Q:14)Do you accept samples that are already made?

A:Yes, sure we do. When you send us a sample, we will give you a detailed quotation.

Q:15)Do your products meet international standards?

Yes, all our products meet the International Safety standards, such as US ASTM F963 and EN71 for European countries.

Q:16)Do you supply the product test and report for a custom designed product?

A:Yes, we do product test for a custom designed product at certified laboratory at additional cost.

Q:17)What other services do you supply?

A:Besides product design, development and mass production, we also offer import & export custom clearance and transportation. We will help you to save on the shipping charges and we will find the best solution for you. If you need temporary storage, we will help you to store the goods no matter it is a short term or long term,and we also provide the drop-shipping service.

Q:18)What Shipping services do you provide?

A:We provide shipping services on an FOB cost or, more usually, a CIF cost. We will also arrange customs clearance and transshipping services. We ship all samples and prototypes using international courier services such as FedEx, UPS or DHL.

Q:19) How do I protect my idea?

A:The first step to protecting your idea, is ensuring that the manufacturer you work with signs a NDA ( Non Disclosure Agreement ) This means that we cannot reproduce your product without your permission. We have built our company on the fact that we only manufacture goods for you.

Q:20) How much does my idea cost to produce?

A:Keep in mind that in developing your unique product, there are many choices that can affect the final price. Therefore it is helpful if you have a budget in mind that we can use as a starting point. There are a few distinct factors that influence the price. These are:

Quantity – In general, the more you order the less you pay per piece. This has to do with not only materials, but also the labor involved to manufacture your custom plush toy.

Size – Common sizes that we use now are 6” for beanie type toys, 8″-12″ for smaller stuffed toys, and 12″ and above for everything else. A bigger toy does not just mean more material. The greater size, adds to labor and shipping costs as well.

Quality – We can choose from many different qualities of plush and materials, all ranging greatly in price.

Detail – Complex, sure it will effect the cost.

Q:21) What is your minimum order?

A:For our minimum order, we can start from just only piece, we have no minimum request , one is okay for us. Just contact us, we will give you best service to assist your business.

Q:22) Is your first price quote or the final price?

A:Our first price quote is an estimate based on the limited information that you provided on your initial quote form. Although we have spent many years working in the plush industry and can usually get close with our first quote, every project is slightly different. Therefore the final price may be higher or lower then the original quote. However your price will be final before we start production and there will not be any surprise charges to worry about.

Q:23) How long does it take to get my product?

A:The time is determined by the quantities, normally 15-30days of production time after the prototype is approved.

The typical steps and duration are:

•Prototype Stage – approximately 7 days, if need urgently ,we can have the sample within 3days.

•Production Stage– within 15-25 days approximately

•Delivery – 5-7days by express and by air, 15-30days by sea according to the address from china.

Q:24) How much is shipping?

A:It is determined by the quantities you order and shipping method you choose, normally ,by sea is cheapest way to ship,

We will calculate the estimated shipping cost to you when quote.

Q:25) Will my toys be safe?

A:Yes. We make the test from the raw material to finished goods.

Q:26) What about copyright and licensing issues?

A:When you place an order with us, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, and distribute our products with the names, trademarks, copyrights, logos, etc., specified on your order. If you have an idea that you would like to keep under wraps, we are comfortable signing standard Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and we can also provide a standard NDA if you need one.

Q:27) What if I have special packing needs?

A:No problem! We can pack your animals in simple poly bags which are great for order or we can design a full color display box for retail store shelves.Just contact us and let us know your request.

Q:28) What do I need to do to get started?
