3)Using the mold to press charcoals

4)Using the mold to cut the pressed charcoals

5)Put the semi-finished charcoal in order

2. How to get a sample?

We can send the sample to your agent, or your foreign address.

Just offer your address and phone number by mail or phone, with the basic info of products like shape /size /weight / color etc. We will send to you at our frist time, you just need to pay the express cost, sample is free of charge.

3. Can you do OEM order?

4. Can you make the charcoal as same as ours?

We cannot garrantee currently, but we will try our best to make it almost same as yours.

Yes, we can.

6. If I don't have logo/artwork to provide to you, what will you print?

We will print our nomral logo / colors. But before printing, we will send the artwork to you for confirmation.

7. Can we have the size of charcoal as per our actual needs?

Yes, Client can request the size of charcoal as per their needs, and informed us before making sample or production.

8. Can you shorten the production lead time?

We may adjust (shorten) the prodction lead time as per client's special request, according to the production line. As you might know, our production line is always occupied by orders, however, we will do our best to satisfy you! Pls don't worry!
