Mix leaching tank is suitable for blending various kinds of metal and nonmetal ores , it is mainly used to blend medicament and ore magma before flotation . It is application for the material whose maximum concentration is 30% and whose granularity is less than 1mm . It has a cylindrical radial circulation mechanical blending form with the spiral impeller and flatbottom 

Structure and Working Principle of  Yufeng Agitating Tank/ Mixer

The rotating of the impeller is driven by the v-belt of the motor. And then blends the drugs and slurry evenly. It is a necessary equipment in respect of increasing the medicine effect time and strengthening the medicine quality. It applies to beneficiation, industry, and every chemical industry. For all kinds of metal ore, this machine is mainly used for mixing before flotation circuit, so that it can mix the medicine and slurry fully. And it can also be used for mixing other non-metallic minerals. It is suitable for slurry with density of no more than 30%(by weight).And the size of the fixed component of the slurry particle less than 1 mm. 7.The stainless steel electric control cabinet can completely supervise  the operation of equipment, and display such date as temperature and blending rotating speed etc.
