♣ Description of the Sawdust Dryer:

Hot airflow type sawdust dryer, also called pipeline type drying machinery, adopting twice circulate heating system, is our newly developed advanced drying equipments, and show the features of automatic feeding, high hot airflow speed, fully mixing of airflow and materials, big drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying capacity. Moisture in the raw materials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatly reduced the labor intensity compared with commonly used drier.

♣ Working principle of the Sawdust Dryer:

In the flash dryer, high-speed ot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and materials suspending in air stream, the heat transfter surface between air and raw mateiral is large, so the heat transfer rate is high.

♣ Application of the Sawdust Dryer:

It is special suitable for drying heat sensitive material like sawdust, rice hull, milled wheat straw, milled cotton/ corn stalks and so on. It also can be used for drying the grain better.
