Introduction of Screw Conveyor

Taking use of advanced technology domestic and overseas, FDSP TWLL/TWSS series screw conveyors have maximum conveying capacity 250t/h, with maximum conveying distance 30m, which is widely applied to food, feed, mine, chemical, metallurgy industries etc. Equipped with wear-resisting conveyor trough and screw blade, long distance screw conveyor is equipped with advanced slide bearing where observation access doors are set at discharging vent and middle slide bearing, which ensures easy maintaining and repairing.

Advantage of Screw Conveyor

• Oilless alloy copper bearing is applied at the middle slide bearing whose diameter is the same as the screw blade, but the width is smaller, so that materials can go through smoothly. Slide bearing can be split so that it can be easily maintained and replaced without detaching the conveyor trough and the end plate. 
• Dust insulation device is applied between head/tail bearing base and end plate to prevent dust from entering into bearing, which ensures normal working life of bearing.
• According to customers’ requirements, the conveyor can be full steel screw conveyor, varying pitch screw conveyor, open screw conveyor etc.
