UNIT 1.

Crushing the Raw Material

YSG Hammer Mill

The multifunctional hammer mill's working principle is that when the material enters into the crusher,grinded by the beat, fraction power from the high speed rotating hammers, then the required power screened by the sieve.

The YSG series hammer mill can crush the wood chips, rice husk, agricultural stalk/straw pieces, and shell or grain crops. Meanwhile, the hammer mills grind the PVC and rubber with water cooling system, so it called the multifunctional hammer grinding machine.

UNIT 2

Pelletizing

Flat die type : YMKJ pellet machine

Feed pellet machine is specially designed for processing feed pellet such as chicken, duck, fish, pig, horse, cattle, sheep, deer and ostrich etc, wildly uesd for home, small or medium farm. Feed pellet increases the feed use rate and reduces waste.

Vertical ring die type : YGKJ pellet machine

Pellet machine is a new biomass fuel production machinery by using crushed sawdust . Compared with the old machine, it obsorbed the essence of horizontal ring die and flat-die pellet machine, solved the insufficient pressure, die crack problems of horizontal ring die pellet machine, and overcame the small capacity, high failure rate of flat die pellet machine.

The Features of Pellet Machine

YGKJ series vertical ring die pellet machine is an ideal dense compression molding rquipment.

Vertical feeding, directly in pelletizing room.

Die is static, rollers rotate, materials are evenly distributed around pelletizing room because of centrifugal force, no block.

Two layer both can be used for reduce the cost. High efficiency and save energy.

Ring-die and vertical structure are good for cooling the pelletizing room.

Independent and frequent conversion discharge device can ensure the formation rate of pellet. 

UNIT 3

Cooling : YSKLN counter flow cooler

ROTEX YSKLN series cooling machine is the latest cooling equipment that contains our many years’ manufacturing experiences and unites international advanced cooling technology, the machine is mainly used for cooling finished pellets with high temperature.

ROTEX cooling machine has the special cooling theory ,the cool air and pellet move inversely. 

The pellets are cooled from bottom to the top gradually ,which avoid the split of pellet surface, the heart moisture and  heat  emanate  uneasily  during  the  cooling  process  and  so  on  characteristic  by  using old type vertical cooler.

ROTEX cooling machine adopt vibration locking  device,  increasing  the  cooling  efficiency, reducing  the broking rate,  rooting  out the drawback  that the cooler can  not work after  the pellets become cooler,  at the same time , lowering the power  consumption . The cooling efficiency  is much better than other products at home , and also higher than the National Standard. 

The temperature of pellets after cooling is not +5 °Chigher than room temperature. 

The reducing moisture rate is not lower than 3.8%. All these are good for producing high capacity feed pellets, lengthening pellets storage period and improving economic efficiency.
