1). The machine body structure adopt high quality steel pipe welding, with geometry frame structure, strong bearing strength, processing jitter low.
2). Machine 3 axis adopt linear guide rail, double class four row ball slider, operating smoothly, high accuracy, durable.
3). XY axis adopt super-modulus gear with high speed and accuracy. At the same time, Z axis use imported ball screw, high precision, lower knives accurately
4). Adopt high-speed stepper motors and drivers. Two motors for Y axis make machine operating more sable and higher accuracy. Japan servo motors and drivers are optional.
5). 3.0KW/5.5KW water cooling spindle match with domestic well-known brand of high power water-cooled frequency conversion brushless motors, small noise, strong and free maintenance, continuous working. Italy HSD spindle is optional.
6). T-slot aviation aluminum working table covered PVC protects the tools from breaking. T-slot with clamps makes it convenient to fix the material. Vacuum table is optional.
7). T-shape dragon gate makes 3 axis working stable, high speed and accuracy. Dragon gate moving, customer can work on any area of the material.
8). Optional control system, RichAuto/NcStudio/DSP/Mach3, high stability, high efficiency, easy to learn.
9). Continuing working after the break point/power failure, lower the rejection rate.
