Concrete accelerator for increase the rate of hardening and early strength

TECHNICAL DATA

1. The setting time: initial setting 3 ~ 5 min, final set 8 ~ 10 min, the appropriate mix content for cement materials of the amount of 4-6%;

2. Alkali metal content < 1%, non-toxic, tasteless, no exciting;

3. Fine degrees: 8 mm holes screen, screenings less than 10%;

4. Jet concrete early strength is high, the 28 days compressive strength’s keeping rate will to 80-100%;

5. Spraying materials’ cohesiveness is good, no corrosion function to reinforcing bar, increase impermeability label, the quick, a thick layer of spray and spray arch of up to 130 mm, spray wall of up to 200 mm above.

APPLICATION:

For powder: Woven plastic bag with film liner. Net weight: 25kg +/- 0.2 kg.

It should be stored in a dedicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry and keep away from moisture.

Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months. After the expiration date, it can be used if testing results is qualified.
