Its hollow shaft is made of steel casting, and its inner lining plate is dismountable and exchangeable. The big rotating gear adopts casting hobbing process. And the wearproof lining plate is fitted in the cylinder.
This ball mill is characterized by high efficiency, more abrasion resistant, convenient maintenance, larger output, stronger lubricating capacity, longer service life, and stable performance, etc.

Working Principle of the Ball Mill:
1.Materials enter into the hollow shaft through the feeding device, and then they are evenly sent to the first chamber of the mill. This chamber is equipped with ladder lining plate or ripple ling plate, and there are also some steel balls with different specifications.
2.The centrifugal force from the rotating cylinder lifts those balls to a certain height, and then those balls fall down to thump and then grind the materials.
3.After coarsely grinded in the first chamber, those materials are sent to the second chamber through the monolayer partition board. This chamber is lined with flat lining plates, and has steel balls as well. In this chamber, those materials are grinded again, and then the obtained powders are discharged by the unloading plate.
