JDS inner circulating high efficient triple powder separator breaks the conventional theory of “coarse and fine powder separation” for closed- circuit grinding system, dividing material into three parts, i.e. coarse powder, medium powder and fine powder. The product system has features of simple configuration, less investment, reasonable internal structure, significant separation effect, energy saving dramaticlly, which is the first choice for improving product quality of grinding system after the implementation of new cement standard and leads the technical innovation trend of powder separator.

Medium and fine powder going through large fan blades keeps rising under the action of rising airflow and goes through vertical inducer impeller into the secondary separation zone. Medium powder of dust-containing airflow is tossed toward vertical inducer impeller under the action of strong and stable plane vortex generated by revolving cage rotor, loses kinetic energy, falls into coarse powder collection cone and is discharged from the medium powder duct. Compliant fine powder posses through cage rotor, enters cyclone, and slides into fine powder collection cone as finished product. Airflow of the equipment is supplied by a circulating fan which conveys airflow to the inlet fan of the separator via an air line. Said airflow revolves and rises upward, is used for separation in chambers of the cage rotor and inducer impeller and forms partial circulating airflow system depending on partial airflow which goes in and out during circulation.
