Vaccination and domestication:

Denitrification-specific water treatment biological materials act as biofilm carrier, for biofilm growth, and biodegrades in the presence of enzyme, denitrification microbial  in the biofilm nitrogen removal using Denitrification-specific water treatment biological materials as carbon sources and an electron donor, reducing nitrate to nitrogen, thereby achieving complete removal of nitrates in water.
