Product Description
Product Name: biodegradable masterbatch, eco-friendly colorant, non-toxic pigment.
Material: biodegradable materials.
Advantages: good tinting characteristics, and good compatibility with various plastic, due to good compatibility properties with bioplastics (PLA, PCL, PBS, PHA), the traditional plastic (ABS, PP, PE, PS), this biodegradable masterbatch is of good dyeing effect, uniform, transparent color. It is non-toxic to environment and human, a good choice for daily coloring works. it is a kind of Environmental masterbatch.
There are 5 colors: Red, yellow, blue, black, green.
1.Add some coloring master batch as you heat your prototype material.
1 g of coloring master batch per 200g prototype material.
Try different combinations and ratios to get different colors.
2. Knead, twist and fold it with your hands to mix in the colors.
Always be careful when handling warm Esun prototype material.
Soften your prototype material by putting it back in hot water if required.
Colors will get lighter as your prototype items cools.
Usage: bio-plastic (PLA, PBS, PHA) staining, conventional plastics dyed. it is used in a widely field.
