SOFTENER FLAKE JL-T20
[Technical specification]
Lonicity: weak Cationic
Appearance:light yellow flake
Appearance of after thawy:white cream(10% liquor)
[Performance characteristic]
Can give the fabric to be highly smooth, soft feel.
Suffused with yellow, After the processing fabric is not easy to change color,turn yellow
Lower cost, May according to 1:20 time of dissolution, can reduce cost effectively of the production.
[Application method]
The generic condition for 30℃-70℃ soaks rolls over or the immersion processes 5-10 minute,drying at 80℃-100℃.
[Matters needing attention]
The immersion and soaks rolls over, suggest that configuration density is 1 gram/litre - 5 gram/litres(Load ratio of according to the film like solution),about wash, suggest that processes 100 kilograms fabrics to use 100g-500g the T20 softener flake.
