Product Description
PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
1. 99.9% pure electrolytic copper coating
2. Molecular bond to nickel-sealed high strength steel core
3. Rods have a high carbon steel core and tip that provide superior strength when driving
4. Copper coating will not crack when bent or tear when driven
5. Minimum copper coating of 10 mils on rods listed to UL 467
6. UL logo and control number where applicable stamped on each rod for easy inspection after installation
Copper bonded ground rod is mainly used in the grounding device. Due to its good conductivity, corrosion
resistance, tensile strength, etc., copper bonded ground rod can be widely used, and have been recognized
by the United States Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) standard, BS standard and
International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards. In China, have been recognized in the national
electricity company, and gradually be widely used.
