1.Specification and appearance quality

On the axle of the size, accuracy of all countries in the world have clear requirements, specified size allowable deviation must meet the corresponding national standard. The vehicle surface defects should be intact, without any influence to its use.

2. Delivery status

the degree of surface processing time of delivery is divided into the following four:

1. Hot forging (hot) blank delivery (not any machine); the rough machining state of delivery:

2.Axle without final machining, machining parts at all but should have been carried out in rough machining;

3.Semi finishing delivery, the axle must be mechanical processing, and that is fine machining parts has been finished,    and the provisions of other parts of the rough machining is not finished;

4.Finishing state of delivery: all parts of the axle must be machined all has carried on the final processing. All the        processing surface shall not touch the mark and the machined trace.

3.Mechanical Properties

In addition to the chemical analysis, mechanical properties test, the general also metallographic examination (grain size and non metallic inclusions), sulfur print test, ultrasonic test and other projects, which according to the provisions of the contract the seller and the buyer and accessories 

7 Packing and Marking

The blank state of delivery of the axle to the bare delivery. Rough machining and finish machining state state delivery axle package according to the provisions of the contract, but the finishing position at least cope with axle to be effectively protected, to prevent mechanical damage.It can be done by the requirement of customers
