CONSTRUCTION

Main housing of LPG dispenser is divided into two modules made of high quality stainless steel. The electronic block, start buttons, and the preset keyboard are all located in the upper part of the LPG dispenser. The hydraulic components are located in the lower part of the LPG dispenser.

Mechanical and Hydraulic Systems

Main components are as follows:

• Two-piston flow meter DN20, Pn25, capacity (5-50 liter/min, 2x250 cm3);
• Magnetic filter DN20, Pn25, with 25mm orifice and 0.025mm strainer;
• Gas separator;
• Spherical stop valve DN25 for gas phase;
• Spherical stop valve DN32 for liquid phase;
• High pressure gauge;
• High pressure hose DN19, PN 25, electrically conductive;
• Locking filling nozzle; - Safety valve;
• Differential valve;

Electronic Block

The electronic block controls and registers the measured quantities and communicates with the main management system. The electronic system for dispenser control consists of:

• Programmable controller for management and register of fuel sales;
• Power unit providing low voltage power supply;
• Display for indication of the measured fuel, applied liter price and respective cost;
• Relay controller for solenoid valves and pump aggregate;
• Interface, providing communication between programmable controller and the main management system;
• Thermo magnetic protection of the electric motor;
• Controller of the electric motor.

The electronic block indicates:

• total sum of the refueled quantity;
• refueled quantity of the fuel;
• unit price of the fuel

The indication is six digits, not resettable after inserting the nozzle in its holder. The electronic block has accumulator battery for data protection in case of mains failure minimum 1 year Exchange of data with cash register can be done by two or four core cable. Electronic counter stores the data totals /sells and turnover/ in autonomous operating mode The dispenser enables temperature correction of the readings of the flow meter Presetting option is provided for advance setting the quantity or sum through outer keyboard. The dispenser is designed and manufactured in accordance with the applicable European norms and is quality certified for application through-out the European Union territory.
