l Acceptable working conditions:

Ambient temperature : -10°C~+40°C 

(antifreeze or preheater needed for below 0°C)

Relative humidity:<90%(20°C)

Altitude:≤1000m

Normal working conditions:

Genset can run at rated power on the conditions:

       Atmospheric Pressure: 100kPa, Ambient Temp: 20°C, Relative Humidity: 30%.

l Applied gas:

Natural Gas, Biogas, LPG, Landfill gas, Oil gas, Syngas, Coal mine gas

Acceptable fuel gas pressure: 5~12kPa

CH4 content: for natural gas≥85% CH4 content:for biogas≥55%

Gas heat value≥5500kcal/Nm3 (23MJ/Nm3 ). Genset output power will increase as the gas heat value increase, if use low heat value gas for fuel (Heat value<5500kcal/Nm3, it will lower the power efficiency.

Gas doesn’t include free water or free materials (the size of impurities should be less than 5μm.)

H2S content≤200mg/Nm3

NH3 content≤20mg/Nm3

Impurities content≤30mg/Nm3;size≤5μm

Water content≤40g/Nm3, no free water.

Advantages:

1. For our air intake system, we equip with manual ball valve, solenoid gas valve, fire arrestor and zero pressure valve. This air intake system is completed, we import the zero pressure valve directly from German which confirms the stabilization and safety of the engine.  

2. For our ignition system, we use the world famous ALTRONIC system, it contains the Hall sensor,ignition module, ignition coils, high voltage wires.

The ignition time is accurate and ignition energy is high. This ALTRONIC ignition system extends the service life of the spark plug, so that the startup

performance of the unit is excellent, greatly reducing the knock probability, to improve

the stability of operation of the engine.

 

 

3. For our cooling system, according to customers' real situation, we provide several              choices: Heat Exchanger, Vertical  Water Tank and Remote Radiator

 

For heat exchanger, the advantages are high heat transfer efficiency, little heat loss , compact structure, small size,easy  installation and cleaning , widely used and long life.

Under the same pressure loss, its heat transfer coefficient is3-5 times higher than the tube, but its size is just one-third, its heat recovery efficiency can reach 90%.

 

 

For remote radiator, it is not easy to be clogged, good heat dissipation.
