Instruction
The sawdust dryer can make the sawdust with certain humidity to dry In the dryer, high-speed hot air stream sustain raw material in the suspending state, then the material is dried. Since air stream speed is very high, and materials suspending in air stream, the heat transfer surface between air and raw material is large so the heat transfer rate is high.
We dry the raw materials moisture as 12-70% %, it is necessary to install a dryer before further process. This air current type dryer can reduce the humidity of wood materials below 12% per time. The cost of this air current dryer is much lower than rotary dryer

2. This hot airflow sawdust dryer adopts twice cieculate heating system.
3. This hot airflow sawdust dryer shows the features of automatic feeding, complete mix of air and materials, strong drying strength, lower dust and bigger drying capacity.
4.Moisture in the raw mateials of less than 40% can be drying one time to meet the requirement for coal bar production, which greatly reduced the labor intensity compared with commonly used drier.
