Equiment features:

The whole production line is controlled by computer, steady running and easily operated.
The dripper feeding, filtering, conveyance, storage, and inserting cooperate simultaneity and harmoniously. The drippers are inserted and adhered to the drip tape in an exact way.
The extruder’s single screw, extruder head, and tape mould are uniquely designed with special treatment and advanced technology. The melted raw material is well-proportioned, the tape surface is smooth, and the tape diameter steady.
The vacuum calibration tank and water-cooling channel are made of stainless steel. The vacuum in the calibration tank is always stable in line with production speed.
The dryer at the end of the water-cooling channel gets away water from the tape.
The haul-off machine, steady and noiseless, functions with frequency transformer. The haul-off speed can be adjusted with the production speed.
The dripper holes are punched mechanically with PLC control, accompanied by residue-collection recyclable system.
Two-position automatic roll-winding machine keeps the machine always running. The machine can produce different roll length of drip tape. There will be an alarm when one roll is finished.

When the machine is started, the magnetic-heating saves power and time by 50%.
