1. Ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt or four sodium salt are excellent complexing agent (chelating agent), mainly used for hard water softening, can effectively chelate hard water in a variety of metal ions (mainly calcium, magnesium and iron, lead, copper, manganese, etc.).

2. It can be used for detergents, dyeing auxiliaries, fiber treatment agent, cosmetic additives, food additives, agricultural fertilizer and mariculture.

3. It can be used for or heavy metal antidote, complexing agent, antioxidant synergist, stabilizer and softener; calcium, magnesium and other metal reagents, metal masking agent. Disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate is an important complexing agent for the complexation of metal ions and the separation of metals.
