1.Installation
Install correctly the pipe as the numbers marked, then put the stove on suitable area to start production.

2.Preparation
-take out of the ovens,put it near the coal storage area.
-open the cover of the oven,tilt it,put raw coal into oven.
-after finished,cover the oven,hoist it into stove.
-seal the edges of the cover by sand soil,then start carbonization.

3.Carbonization

Ignite and start to carbonization, which is operated by carbonization technology.

4.After carbonization
After the end of carbonization,adjust the smoke valve to stop the carbonization in oven to finish carbonization.

5.Sealed to cool
Hoist out oven covered and put it on the cooling area to cool down.

6.Carbonization of circulation
Put into another ready ovens and continue to carbonize. The process and technology is same of above-mentioned scheme.

7.Take out the carbonized materials
When the carbonized materials are cooled completely, open the cover to get all out.Then put into raw materials again to carbonize circularly.
