Raw material:

Straw, sawdust, rice husk, seed shell, palm fiber, corn straw, alfalfa, and other biomass waste materials

Requirement of the raw materials:

1. Material should be mixed in suitable form.

2. Diameter should be smaller than 5mm

3. Moisture should be lower than 20%

4. The feed material should be even

Production process:

1. Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm. 

2. Dry the crushed materials to 12-15%.

3. Pressing to raw material into briquette.

Finished product:

After the processing of drying, compressing under the high pressure and temperature, the biomass briquette is characterized by high density, small in size, better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood.

Application:

Briquettes are being used in home burning such as heating, cooking and also used in many industries like: Ceramic Industries, Solvent Extraction Plant, Dyeing Units, Food processing Industries, Textile Unit, Brick making units, Chemical Industries, Milk plants, Rubber Industries etc. Due to its uniform shape, briquettes are easy to pack and even if un-packed, can be stored for long periods.
