This horizontal auto baler is a heavy duty sutomatic baling pree machine with up to 250Tons pressure force and with big chamber section of 240*110cm. It is a good option for middle and large sized recycling facilitis with a demand of 5-25Tons/hour's throughput. The high density and proper size of balers maximizes the loading of containers and trucks. 

1. Compress and bale materials full automatically, suitable for large amount material places, after baling, the material bales can be easily stored and transported, and reduce the transportation cost.

2. with PLC system, touch screen and a series of sensors,  this machine realizes fully automatic operation from start-up of the machine when the fed material reaches certain position, wire tying and cutting, to automatic bale ejection once the bale length reachesthe set value.

This bale equipment is also designed to self-diagnose, and protect bothe itself and user. for example, if an error occurs during operation, the baling machine will first sound an alarm , and then provide error details and list of solutions on its touch screen.
