Product Description
Pipeline Sawdust dryer
We have two kinds of sadust dryer: Pipeline sawdust dryer and Rotary sawdust dryer. Below is picture:
Small model pipeline sawdust drye:
The capacity of this dryer is: 200-400kg/h. Feeding moisture 30%-40%, output moisture: 12%.
320 model pipeline sawdust dryer:
The capacity of this sawdust dryer is: 500kg/h -800kg/h. It also depends on your material humidity. Themax feeding moisture can be 60%.
Specification:
1. It is suitable for drying materials of moisture 20-70%.
2. It is suitable for drying materials like sawdust, rice hull, milling wheat straw, corn stalks and so on.
3. It is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet, steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper.
4. The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly.
And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry,
and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock.
5. It reduces the moisture to 8-12%.
6. Clients can change the angle of dryer base on the production field.
7. It is only to control the moisture of raw material at a reasonable range that can make good result of biomass briquettes.
Or the briquettes will be broken because of too loose or too dry.

When we ship machne, we will mark the number in the pipes. Then you can follow the number to install machines together. It is easy to install.

--- What kinds of materials can we use?
You can use almost all the agricultural wastes, like: sawdust, rice husk, stalk, straw, corn,etc.
--- What is the max feeding moisture?
We advise you use the materials 50%. Then it canbe dried to 8% one time. If the mositure is higher, the capacity is lower.
--- Can you provide us drawing paper to install machine?
Yes, of course. We can send you drawing how to install machine, how to build heating furnace.
